How It Works
Evaluation Period:
You install secure “no cost” HIPPA certified software on your network. You capture your current print fleet and print volumes. We will do a “no cost” extensive cost evaluation. When completed we provide you with your “true” cost per page for your whole printer, fax and copy machine environment. Once you know your “true” cost, we develop a personalized program for your office environment to manage supply, spending and machine service needs.
Implementation:
We set you up with a supply and service chain based on per page or per cartridge use. Our software will automatically detect low toner/ink levels or machine issues and allow us to respond with replacement supplies or service as needed.
Reports:
The extensive amount of reports available to you will allow you to control your printing needs and cost. You’ll be able to manage future budgets and overtures. Web access to your reports allow the freedom to control your office printing from any computer.
